Jada Hill Farm
Hudson Valley Harvest
We work with the best farms in the Hudson Valley to make the freshest, most flavorful food available. Hudson Valley Harvest was founded in 2011 by three friends: a farmer, a chef, and a health nut. Four years later, we now have the privilege of working with over 40 partner farms dedicated to growing great food. We believe that the farmers deserve the credit and you deserve to know, so we embrace transparency. We celebrate the beauty and agriculture of the Hudson Valley, and we aim to be a destination for consumers who want to know more about their food. Our most steadfast belief is that the more you learn, the better you’ll eat, and the happier and healthier you’ll be. We know food has gotten confusing, so we’re making it simple again; keep it local, keep it honest, and work with farmers who care about the land they work and the food they grow. If we do that, and never forget we’re nourishing you and the people you care about, we know we can change the system together.
We believe in keeping food close to the source, both by keeping it local and by minimal processing. We like to keep things simple as we believe food grown from the ground and put on your plate is the healthiest, best way to nourish yourself and your family. We work with our farms to provide local, traceable, transparent food of the highest quality. Our goal is to change the food system: to provide access to local healthy food and improve the financial well being of the farms we work with in a sustainable way.
